Officer Changes The subordinate body leader lists (links at right) are generated from the database based on the information submitted by local leaders authorized to update officer and stewards lists. The subordinate body President, Vice President, Secretary, or Election Committee Chairperson, should report elections results to OCSEA Headquarters within 15 days after the election. Please complete the appropriate form offered below and return to the IT Dept. by U.S. mail, fax, or email:
