The OCSEA Board of Directors voted in 1999 to construct a new building that would accommodate the Union's leadership and staff needs. The building plans became reality September 1999, when OCSEA moved its staff and leaders from its former location at Watermark Drive just outside of downtown. This 40,000 square foot structure holds not only good administrative space, but also offers generous meeting areas for trainings, conferences and subordinate body meetings. The OCSEA headquarters is located near Polaris Fashion Mall in Westerville, Ohio, just 20 minutes north of the Ohio's Capitol, Columbus.
