Thank you for your interest in the Les Best Scholarship.By submitting this application request form, you are asking OCSEA to send you an application packet by U.S. Mail.

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks to process your request and mail a packet. We also offer the option to download and print an electronic copy (PDF), instead of requesting a mailed copy.

Completed applications are due April 30, 2008.
