Strickland gubernatorial running mate to present BUP keynote address
Recently announced Lt. Governor candidate and Strickland running mate Yvette McGee Brown will be the featured speaker at the Building Union Power 10 Conference Solidarity Dinner on Sat. March 27.
McGee Brown is the current and founding president of the Center for Child and Family Advocacy at Nationwide Children's Hospital, a former Franklin County Common Pleas Court judge and an active, respected leader in the central Ohio community.
She believes that state government is an important next step in her commitment to public service.

PEOPLE Throwback
On Friday night, be sure to wear your "throwback" PEOPLE gear! Wear your old OCSEA, labor and elections stuff, such as T-shirts, buttons and more for the conference's "PEOPLE Throwback" booth as part of the labor history event on Friday night. McEntee to address union activists
AFSCME International President Gerald McEntee will address OCSEA leaders as the Saturday General Session keynote. McEntee, an OCSEA favorite known for pumping union activists, will address the hundreds of union activists expected to attend the annual event about everything from jobs and health care to upcoming elections and workplace mobilization.
