Course Title: Testing in Promotions

Course Description:  What kinds of tests can be used to test proficiency in minimum qualifications?  How are structured interviews used instead of tests to evaluate an applicant for a promotion?  This three-hour interactive course covers these and other questions related to testing and interviewing for promotions.
