June 19, 2007 - June 25, 2007 is the deadline to submit statements of intent for those running for OCSEA statewide offices at this year’s biennial convention in Columbus, Aug. 23-25. All candidates who submit a candidate statement receive a written confirmation. If you have sumbitted a statement, but have not received confirmation before June 25 please call Deirdre Wedig at 800-266-5615, ext. 2604. Statements will appear in the summer issue of the Public Employee Quarterly. All statewide officer candidates are invited to submit a 200 word (or less) statement about their candidacy. The magazine should hit members' mailboxes the last week in July.
