Submit proposed resolutions by deadline for consideration
The delegates to Convention also consider Resolutions for adoption. Resolutions put the union on record as supporting various issues like fighting contracting out, for example. They do not involve amending the OCSEA Constitution or By-Laws.

deadlines Resolutions must be submitted in writing to OCSEA by the July 25, deadline, in order to allow for their printing and distribution to delegates at the Convention. Resolutions submitted after the deadline will not be considered by the Convention.

forms  To propose amendments to the Constitution, By-Laws, Subordinate Body Constitution, or Resolutions, the appropriate form must be completed and submitted.

If your chapter is planning on proposing a large number of amendments to the Constitution or By-Laws, it would be appreciated if they are submitted electronically (disk or email attachment) in addition to the hard copy.
