Theme The theme for the upcoming OCSEA 27th Biennial Convention is: "A New Partner; A New Beginning." The words reflect the change in the state's governor's office and the opportunity for change.
It’s the dawn of a new day here in Ohio, and although we’re still reeling from 16 years of bad decisions, incompetence, and hostility, OCSEA members finally have a place at the table. We have a new partner in our governor and in most of the statewide officeholders. For many, it really feels like a new beginning. And with a new start comes great opportunity and responsibility. Now’s our chance to make a difference and have our voices heard. Now’s our chance to Turn Around Ohio. Together – with our new partner – we can begin again and make Ohio a state to be proud of once and for all.
