 THURSDAY 
Delegates' dinner, dance
By special invitation from OCSEA President Eddie L. Parks, delegates will be recognized for their contributions in helping chapters achieve their goals.

The reception, dinner and awards ceremony run 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13, at the Grand Ballroom at the Millennium Hotel. Dancing follows and is open to all.

 FRIDAY 
Join us for riverboat dinner cruise
The Riverboat Cruise Dinner will take place Friday evening, August 14, 2009, on the Belle of Cincinnati Riverboat.  The Riverboat Cruise Dinner will be a Buffet. 

Your paid convention registration includes one Riverboat Cruise Dinner ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased at $40 each. 

Roundtrip transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Riverboat Cruise departure site.  Meet 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. outside of the Millennium Hotel for the pick up shuttle.

Luncheons
Special luncheons and receptions are also scheduled during the three-day event. Refunds will only be made for checks received after the event is sold out. If there are any tickets left after registration, they will be sold at the Convention.

Committee for Minority and Community Action THURSDAY LUNCH - Tickets are $25 each.	Women’s Action Committee FRIDAY LUNCH - Tickets are $25 each.
