Rest assured that your participation in any of the Take Charge! Live Well! (TCLW) programs is confidential, as are any of your results.

Information you provide to Aetna, APS Healthcare or United Healthcare will remain confidential.

The State of Ohio will not see your individual information.

Health care providers will create aggregate reports summarizing data for the overall population.

This information will only be used to help the Joint Health Care Committee (JHCC) continue to make improvements, which ultimately benefits state employee union members and their families.
