New program offers cash incentives

Take Charge! Live Well! is a health and wellness program brought to you by the labor management Joint Health Care Committee.

Check out the financial incentives available to you and your spouse for participating after the program launched on Nov. 1.

Employee participants enrolled in a state health plan are eligible to receive up to $100 for participating in Take Charge! Live Well! health improvement programs.

An employee whose enrolled-spouse also participates in the program is eligible to earn up to an additional $100, for a combined possible total of $200.
