  1. Vendors  Start by contacting the appropriate health care benefits plan vendor. A few vendors are listed below with a link to additional vendor contacts.
  2. State  If the vendor cannot address your concern, please contact DAS Benefits Administrative Services (BAS), where state employee customer service representatives stand ready to help you.
  3. Union  Finally, if neither the vendor nor BAS resolves your issue, please contact OCSEA's Karen Brown at kbrown@ocsea.org
