JHCC distributes health care survey; Union activists to help circulate

Aug. 10, 2006 - The Joint Health Care Committee is circulating a survey to aid it in planning and communications.

The committee wants to know, for example, why people switch from different plans, and what attracts them to some plans and not to others. It also wants feedback on customer service.

OCSEA is asking leadership to copy and distribute the survey. These need to be collected and returned by Sept 15, 2006.

In addition, surveys are being distributed to chapters that have an interest.

Please return the survey no later than Sept. 15, 2006. You may submit your completed survey using one of the following methods:
