News Your web source on union-negotiated health care benefits New wellness program introduced at upcoming meetings statewide
The huge initiative, expected to be unveiled this fall, will assist state employees in "taking charge" of their own health and well-being by introducing new programs, including an incentive program, and revamping old ones. Program component highlights:
The Healthy Living group, for example, includes the following type of programs: tobacco cessation, weight reduction, physical activity, stress reduction, chronic condition assistance, healthy meal choices, and blood pressure reduction. Are you a subordinate body officer who would like to get more information as the Take Charge Live Well program is unveiled? Are you interested in having someone come to your upcoming subordinate body meeting?
