Policy Matters Ohio - Policy Matters Ohio is a non-profit policy research organization founded in January 2000 to broaden the debate about economic policy in Ohio. In the past, it has explored the issues of privatization and job loss in Ohio.

Reason Public Policy Institute - For more than 35 years, Reason has been the leading voice in privatization and outsourcing. Reason founder Robert Poole has advised the last four presidential administrations and wrote the first book on municipal privatization.

National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP) - NFAP tracks state legislation on global sourcing. NFAP is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to public policy research on trade, immigration, education, and other issues of national importance. The organization seeks to expand the debate over the proper role of government on key issues of the day and to engage actively in the media and with the public to ensure its ideas are considered and implemented wherever possible.

Convergys - Provides high-tech services in the areas of billing, customer care, and human resources

Deloitte. - Check out the consultanting company who authored: "Proposal to serve the State of Ohio in the Creation of the Office of Information Technology and Information Technology Investment Advisory Council." It submitted the technicial proposal on March 29, 2004
