Classification Project Transition Toolkit
The Information Technology Transition Toolkit was launched in early June 2009. This online repository offers several forms, background information, presentations, contract language, and more.
During the transition to the new class structure, IT employees will be asked to fill out a Duty Identification Tool (DIT) to explain the job duties they currently perform. Bargaining unit employees will be moved into their new classifications, in part, based on how this tool is completed.
