Constitution & Bylaws
Every two years subordinate bodies elect delegates to represent their interests in the decision making process of the union. Biennial Convention delegates review and amend the OCSEA Constitution and Bylaws and pass resolutions at every Convention.
The most recent revised Constitution was amended and voted on by delegates at the August 2011 Convention.
Every subordinate body receives by mail two (2) copies of the OCSEA Constitution. Extra hard copies can be requested at a cost of $1.50 per Constitution. Requests with a check enclosed should be sent to OCSEA Constitution ATTN: Tracy Tackett, 390 Worthington Rd. Ste. A, Westerville, Ohio 43082. Extra copies will not be mailed until payment is received.
