OAKS Problems
Your online center for references, forms, and more

REPORT PROBLEMS  Are you or your chapter members still experiencing problems with OAKS? OCSEA has been asking members who are directly experiencing problems to contact the union. Send an email to: OAKSconcerns@ocsea.org.

Provide concrete examples by attaching to your email copies of your checks, e-pay records or responses from management. Pay close attention to your future paychecks—particularly your accruals—to ensure accuracy.

CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT If it is clear that members are being hurt by the change-over, leaders and stewards are encouraged to file a grievance. They should also let their staff representative know as soon as possible that an OAKS-related grievance has been filed.

QUESTIONS If you have questions regarding your earnings statement, please contact your Agency Payroll Officer. If you experience difficulty in accessing your online earnings statement, contact the OAKS Help Desk at 614-644-6625 or 1-888-OhioOAKS (1-888-644-6625) or Email: oaks.helpdesk@oaks.state.oh.us
