Pathways to Excellence

The Training Department of the City of Columbus will be offering a day of learning for approximately 200 State of Ohio and City of Columbus employees.  State and City employees can register to attend an all-day training in one of the following topics:

  1. Project Management
  2. Facilitation Skills 101
  3. Communication
  4. Time Management
  5. Management Leadership Skills

More information about this “day of learning” will be posted after July 18, 2011.

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This day will be a traditional Pathways Event.  There will be a time of registration, Opening Remarks and 8 workshops to choose from.  The workshops that tentatively will be available are:

  1. Coaching
  2. Building Morale and Motivation
  3. Project Management
  4. Dealing with Change/Change Management
  5. Leadership Development
  6. Creative Thinking
  7. Building Resiliency
  8. Myers-Briggs

We will continue to update this information as we develop the event.
