July 19, 2007 - Frontline employees and managers alike took steps this week to learn and expand their box of quality tools.
Early-bird sessions for facilitators and 3 workshops were offered yesterday to the more than 200 quality activists who gathered for Pathways to Excellence.
This one-day event was hosted at the OCSEA Union Hall, and it was sponsored by the Ohio Quality Network (OQN).

Learn about clearly defined basic principles for facilitating groups.
The OQN is a group of labor and management quality coordinators who work within their agencies to preserve the quality initiative.
