Fall Pathways to Excellence event set for Nov. 6

Sept. 28 , 2007 - Join other quality advocates from around the state at the last Pathways to Excellence event of the year.

This fall event is set for Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Bureau of Workers Compensation at 30 W. Spring St. in Columbus, Ohio

As quality advocates, participants will learn more about:

• How advocates fit into the Continuous Improvement plans for each agency and the state as a whole.

• The Employee and Stakeholder Suggestion Program.

• “Lean process” theory and techniques for continuous improvement.

Online registration will begin the week of Oct. 8. Spread the word.
