SPECIAL MAILING   If your date occurs on or before May 21, 2012, you may request a meeting notice mailer at the expense of your subordinate body by using the online form below, or download the Mailing Request Form (PDF).

ELECTION OF CONVENTION DELEGATES OCSEA and AFSCME Constitutions require that all delegates to conventions must be elected in the same manner as officers are elected.  That means chapters must mail a 15-day written elections notice to the home of all chapter members.  Those chapters that do not conduct elections in compliance with this rule may find delegates challenged and possibly stripped of their delegate status. To assist you in the election of delegates, the convention call will include a form on which chapters can request that a 15-day notice of delegate election be mailed by the union’s central office to their members, or you may use the Online Meeting Notice form. The cost of this mailing will be deducted from the chapter’s future rebate.

TERMS OF USE Only requests that comply with the OCSEA Constitution and Bylaws and OCSEA policy will be honored, per the policy (PDF). Only subordinate body officers and / or election committee members are authorized to submit these notices.

FORMS - PAPER OR ELECTRONIC?  The option to download, print and return a "paper" form is still available.

Option A - Download & Return Print Version: magazine request (PDF) or the special post card mailing request (PDF) now.

Option B - Continue to Step 1 of the online form to submit electronically.
