Chapter Leadership and Financial Management Training

Course Description: The Education & Development Department offers this chapter-specific leadership training to get all newly-elected chapter leaders started off on the right foot. This three-hour leadership development course covers the structure of OCSEA and the fiduciary and record-keeping responsibilities of elected chapter officers and executive board members.

This course is for elected chapter leaders only. It is not a part of the "just-in time" course work and does not require 10 members to participate.
