Chapter Records Request
The Education Department keeps a database record of every union training event and who attended a chapter's training record is available for the president of the chapter or the staff representative.
Records are also available for each chapter listing all the training each steward has received. Only the chapter president or staff representative may request that information.
Oops - I'm not a chapter president, and I actually need the individual member request form.
