OCSEA activists, leaders represent union interests at 37th AFSCME Convention

Aug. 14, 2006 - Dozens of OCSEA leaders and activists joined with 6,000 other AFSCME delegates in Chicago Aug. 7 - 11, and passed several proposals to radically transform the union.

This bold reform plan will power AFSCME's political action program, fund new organizing drives, open a leadership institute, and mobilize 40,000 activists nationwide.
