News Center News impacting public employee union members Grievance filed for overtime pay on 36.05 review Nov. 21, 2006 - Employees affected by this year’s classification review recently received a retroactive pay increase to July 1, 2006. However, the Office of Collective Bargaining failed to take into account any overtime that might have been worked by these employees. Instead, agencies determined pay increases based on a straight 80-hour pay period. On Nov. 13, the union filed a class action grievance on behalf of those employees who received an upgrade but who were not reimbursed for any overtime worked beginning July 1.
