News News impacting public employee union members Update: Union continues efforts to resolve weather emergency grievance Nov. 22, 2006 - The Union has submitted information to the Office of Collective Bargaining (OCB) pertaining to the Weather Emergency Grievance from December 2004/January 2005. OCB has sent this information to the individual agencies to review. At this time, OCB is reviewing the agency information and comparing the information to our spreadsheet for differences.
