In response to employee feedback, the printing capability of the Online Earnings Statement has been enhanced with a "Printer Friendly" print option.
- To print your Online Earnings Statement using this new feature, login to the ePay system, and navigate to the View Paycheck screen.
- On the View Paycheck Screen, you will now see a new button labeled "Printer Friendly" on the upper right portion of the Online Earnings Statement.
- Hold down the CTRL key (control key) and click the new "Printer Friendly" button*.
(* When Using Internet Explorer: Use of the control key will enable pop-ups and allow your statement to format properly for print. You may also need to adjust your page setup print margins to fit your printer and paper.)
- This will launch a new browser page with a formatted copy of your Online Earnings Statement.
- Select “print”, and your statement will print on two pages.
If you have questions regarding your earnings statement, please contact your Agency Payroll Officer.
