Extended hours for ePay now;
Continue to email union with OAKS concerns

April 5, 2007 - The state yesterday released it latest OAKS update regarding new extended ePay hours. Effective immediately, ePay, the self-service, online tool that allows employees to view their paycheck information, will be available 22 hours per day except as noted below. MORE ALERTS

The ePay system will be unavailable:

• Each weekday 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Bi-weekly beginning at noon on the non-payday Friday
• On the Saturday after payday for system maintenance 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Non-payday Saturday
• Sunday

The OAKS Help Desk is available:

Non-payday weeks

6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday
6:00 a.m. - Noon on Friday
No weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday)

Payday weeks

6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday
No hours Sunday
