News News impacting public employee union members Union monitors state's new IT plan April 16, 2007 - OCSEA continues to monitor developments regarding the proposed move of Office of Information Technology employees from the Ohio Department of Administrative Services to the Office of Budget and Management. A bill (HB 135) has been introduced by Representative DeWine that provides a separate bill for the movement of OIT to OBM. The purpose of the bill is not clear.
