OCSEA to host informational meetings for union members who work at OAKS

May 8, 2007 - OCSEA will host informal informational meetings on Friday, May 11, for bargaining unit employees who are currently working at OAKS. 

While the meetings will be open to any topic that the members would like to discuss, some questions that may be discussed include:

• What new bargaining unit positions may be created in OAKS?
• Where do people working on OAKS stand in the bidding process for these new positions?
• What agency will "own" OAKS?
• What time lines is the Union and/or State considering?
• Will I have to leave my home agency if I do not want to?
