News Parks sets late-October leadership meeting Sept. 28, 2007 - OCSEA President Eddie Parks in one month will gather the union's top leaders from across the state. Parks sent a letter earlier this week, inviting all subordinate body presidents and the Board of Directors to participate in a special meeting on Saturday, Oct. 27. Participants will meet in groups to discuss and make recommendations about important issues including the role of stewards and the union's strategic plan.
