News Parks led late-October planning meeting Nov. 2, 2007 - OCSEA President Eddie Parks recently gathered the union's top leaders from across the state. Parks invited all subordinate body presidents and the Board of Directors to participate in a special meeting on Saturday, Oct. 27. Participants met in groups to discuss and make recommendations about important issues including the role of stewards and the union's strategic plan.
