You can get academic credit for previous work experience, union or military training, apprenticeships and transferred credits from other colleges. The National Labor College is located in Silver Spring, Md. It began with George Meany’s vision of the labor movement having its own college – a national center that would provide continuous labor education for union activists. Register now for the winter bachelor’s program. Bachelor's courses are open to all and count toward a B.A. degree.
