UET tackles retirement at January training

Dec. 18, 2007 - UET is sponsoring another free pre-retirement training next month.

The upcoming session is set for Friday, Jan. 11, 6 p.m.– 9 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 12, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., at the OCSEA Union Hall located at 390 Worthington Rd in Westerville.

The training is open to state bargaining unit members, but hurry because seating is limited to the first 100 people. Spouses and significant others also are encouraged to attend.

This is a day-and-a-half of training with breakfast and lunch being served. Some of the topics include:

• PERS
• Deferred Compensation
• Financial Planning
• Union Benefits Trust
• OCSEA retiree chapter information and
• health and wellness.
