OAKS chokes on sick leave accruals for pay period ending Dec. 8

UPDATE:
Dec. 27, 2007 - State agency officials say that the sick leave accrual and sick leave balances for the pay ending Dec. 8. 2007 have been corrected for the affected OCSEA bargaining unit employees.

All ePay statements should be correct but state officials encourage all OCSEA bargaining unit employees to log on to OAKS ePay now to check current sick leave balances (see instructions below) or contact their payroll officer.

Dec. 18, 2007 - State agency officials yesterday informed employees that OAKS may have incorrectly posted sick leave accruals for the pay period ending Dec. 8, 2007.

OAKS staff are working to correct the problem and test the fix before loading the corrections. Messages will be issued when the sick leave accrual correction has been completed.

In the meantime, state officials encourage employees to log on to OAKS ePay now to check current sick leave balances.

After the fix has been applied, log on again to OAKS ePay to check the amended sick leave balance.

To access ePay:

1. Open your Web browser and enter http://oaks.ohio.gov/
2. Under Self-Service, click the "ePay Login" link.
