Union member from Lorain named CO of year; OCSEA congratulates all recipients

May 5, 2009 - Ralph Lloyd from the Lorain Correctional Institution was recently named Correction Officer of the Year by the Ohio Dept. of Rehabilitation and Correction.

Lloyd received the Ronald C. Marshall Award at a ceremony on May 1.

Thirty COs, one from each of Ohio's prisons, are honored every year at the employee appreciation banquet and one is picked for the top award.

Congratulations to all the OCSEA members that were named Correction Officers of the Year at their respective institutions. They are:
