News News impacting public employee union members Seniority challenge form now available online May 13, 2009 - Beginning May 15, challenges to employees’ seniority credits can be filed with agencies’ labor relations officers. The Article 16.05 Seniority Credit Discrepancy Form is available online now. (Word) or (PDF) A seniority tribunal will soon be meeting to review these challenges. While this is not an attempt to redo employees’ seniority, it is the mechanism by which employees’ seniority credits can be corrected if they are in error. OCSEA sent to chapter presidents a letter and a fact sheet explaining the functions and operations of the seniority tribunal. The official notice from the State of Ohio follows:
