UBT phone service to be disrupted

June 15, 2009 – The Union Benefits Trust phone service will be updating the phone and internet system on Tuesday, June 16 between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.

A short disruption of phone service may occur during the switch to the new system. The Union Benefits Staff may not have access to email during the transition. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

The Union Benefits Trust is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all members. Upgrading the phone and internet system will improve the Trust’s capacity to deliver excellent service to members.
