News Your source on political action, voter info & legislation Calling all singers: Singers needed for biennial convention June 17, 2009 - OCSEA is currently looking for singers to perform at OCSEA’s Biennial Convention to be held Aug. 13-15, 2009 in Cincinnati. Two singers (or two groups of singers) are needed, one to perform the National Anthem at Thursday’s opening of convention and the second to perform America the Beautiful on Friday.
