Share

April 13, 2010 - As the result of a recent motion by the OCSEA State Board of Directors, grievants whose cases are under review by the OCSEA Arbitration Committee will be given the opportunity to talk about their grievance before committee members.

A letter will be sent to the grievant of the approximate timeslot when their case will be heard before the Arbitration Committee. The grievant will be given approximately five minutes to talk to the committee.

All Arbitration Committee meetings are held at OCSEA Headquarters, 390 Worthington Rd., Ste., Westerville. Grievants will need to use their own time to attend. Mileage and meals are also the responsibility of the grievant. There will be no rescheduling of the case in the event that the grievant is unable to attend.
