ONLINE ACCESS For the second consecutive year, employees will be able to use OAKS self-service capabilities to make changes to their benefits elections. Check out the instructions (PDF) before you begin. Visit www.ohio.gov/employeebenefits and click on the “Open Enrollment” link for medical rate information.
