Membership A union's strength and bargaining achievements are the result of an active, organized membership. Check out our New Member Booklet (PDF) now. participation Member participation is the key to an effective OCSEA and strengthens the union´s power, especially at the bargaining table. However you choose to participate, you´ll make a difference for yourself, your family and your co-workers. Retiree participation is welcomed, too. OCSEA members have a variety of options to get involved:
Union members interested in internal organizing may contact OCSEA Customer Service at 888-OCSEA-11. Public employees working in non-union shops are also encouraged to call. REPRESENTATION Learn more about your union-negotiated benefits, members-only discounts and programs, your contract, the union's constitution and bylaws, and the subordinate body leaders who represent your workplace interests.
