Aug. 22, 2007 - Credentials Committee meets for first time at convention

Aug. 22, 2007 - Convention on-site registration opens 5 p.m. at Convention Center

Follow proper notification procedure for delegate elections

Elections information should may be submitted online or sent to Attention: OCSEA IT Secretary Shana Cone, 390 Worthington Rd., Ste. A, Westerville, Ohio 43082-8331, faxed to 614-865-4777, or emailed.

Info to be included in announcement:

• WHO: Name of chapter or district council
• DATE (mm-dd-yyyy format)
• TIME: START and END of nominations; START and END of election
• LOCATION: with full address
• CONTACT PERSON: with phone number or email address (or other means of contacting them)

Please keep in mind the following regarding election delegates:

• Submit any requests for Convention Delegate Election Notice Mailings to OCSEA Information Services at least 23 days prior to the scheduled election.

• All election notices must be mailed no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
