A union's strength and bargaining achievements are the result of an active, organized membership.

participation  Member participation is the key to an effective OCSEA and strengthens the union´s power, especially at the bargaining table. However you choose to participate, you´ll make a difference for yourself, your family and your co-workers.

Retiree participation is welcomed, too.
