OCSEA negotiates cost-savings day agreement for institutional bargaining units
Aug. 27, 2009 - An agreement was recently reached that allows employees in OCSEA Bargaining Units 3, 4 and 5 to schedule 10 cost-savings days (CSDs) as vacation days. After negotiations, OCSEA heard from many members who felt that there was a better way to approach the loss of 80 hours of pay per year for two years for those members in Bargaining Units 3, 4 and 5.
