Message from ODJFS Assembly President Tommy Jones on Bargaining Survey

Dear ODJFS union brothers and sisters:

Enclosed with this letter you will find the OCSEA/ODJFS Assembly 2008 Bargaining Survey (PDF). As members of the ODJFS union bargaining team begin its preparations for ODJFS agency-specific bargaining later this year, it is very important that they know your top bargaining priorities.

Take a moment to fill out the enclosed survey and tell us your Top 5 bargaining priorities. Please feel free to add additional comments. Also, please include a home email address so that we can keep you updated during the bargaining process.

The surveys are due to OCSEA no later than Oct. 1 and can be returned at no charge to you via the enclosed business reply envelope.

Collective bargaining is an awesome responsibility – and you share part of it. Your answers to this bargaining survey will help shape priorities and strategies for negotiations.
