Negotiations Teams A key part of the union's bargaining preparation is the election of the OCSEA Negotiations Team. OCSEA leaders will gather for the Bargaining Council Meeting this summer to select the union's 2009 - 2011 Negotiations Team, a group which approves bargaining strategies and develops contract provisions. UNION TEAM Andy Douglas, OCSEA’s Executive Director, acts as the team's lead negotiator. Members of the union's Negotiating Team will be elected during the Summer of 2008. MANAGEMENT TEAM Information about the state's team is not available at this time. |
