OCSEA leaders who held a press conference on Tues., Oct. 27, explained why a proposal to “restructure” state government and cut the state workforce by 25 to 30 percent would be foolish. A similar proposal to cut one-fourth of the state workforce was introduced in 2005 by former Attorney General Jim Petro.
