• Non partisan offices such as OBM, LBO and LSC as well as the legislative staff will be more powerful
• More legislation could be introduced
• More gubernatorial vetoes may occur
• More crowded primaries
• Greater grassroots efforts necessary for success
• More legislator education is necessary on both the process/issues
